Dear backers,
We are now back on track! We have just received the new production parts and equipment and we’ll restart phase two in the following week. This time we’ll be able to construct the fabric to our expectations and high level of craftsmanship and will ensure the highest quality output in the weaving process.
After completion of manufacturing, we’ll move to the next step which is quality checks and then head to the last phase which is shipping. We will ask for your address again before we start shipping.

We are excited to let you know that we have finally ordered the new production parts and equipment, and in the coming weeks we are going to restart phase two with the highest quality output in the weaving process.
We are working very hard to get things done as quickly as possible while also maintaining the highest quality and we will keep you updated as things progress.

Production Update!

Dear Backers,
We have just received the first pre-batch of our Sento Air towles and before we start finalising the process of phase two, we’ve realised uneven warp tensions in some of the towels.
Due to weaving threads so closely together with a lot of density, we are finding that it’s causing the fabric not to be the quality that we desire and expect for the Sento Air towels. We are now working with the manufacturer to order new parts and equipment to be able to construct the fabric to our expectations and high level of craftsmanship and quality.

Everything is going well, we just want more time to guide our production and ensure the highest quality output in the weaving process. Our dedication and commitment is unwavering and we are determined to make every Sento towel to the highest possible quality and we guarantee that you’ll be receiving your towels in the not too distant future.

The main phase of manufacturing has now been completed!

Hey everyone,
We are happy to announce that, the main phase for manufacturing the specialized Yarn is now completed.
We are now moving to phase two which is the weaving for our Sento towels. We are extremely happy with the quality of manufacturing so far. This phase of manufacturing will take around 35 to 45 days.
Next is quality checks and we’ll then head to the last phase which is shipping. We will ask for your address again before we start shipping.

Sento Manufacturing Begins!

Hey everyone,
We hope you had a great holiday, and a new year!
Thanks for filling in the surveys and helping us finalize numbers for manufacturing. If you did not receive the survey or had any issues please feel free to message us for assistance!
We will be starting manufacturing, which we are super excited about and hope you are too.
However we will need more time than originally planned as we have to create specialized yarn in order to achieve the quality we desire for Sento Air.
This process will add another 35 days to the process however we did not want to compromise on materials and the overall design of the towel. We spent time working on samples and have now come up with the final mix for the yarn and are happy to proceed.
Once the yarn is complete it will be sent to the factory who will then produce the towels via weaving, sewing, dying and washing. Next is quality checks and finally packaging. This process will take around 45 days.
The last phase is then shipping, and we will ask for your address again before we ship it out. So don’t worry if your address will change between now and then.
We apologize for the delay and know you are eager to receive your Sento Air towels, however if you have bought our towels in the past you know our quality is second to none and pride ourselves on our workmanship.
