Dear Sento backers,
We hope this update finds you well. We would like to update you on the delay of our towels that you have ordered from us. Unfortunately, our manufacturer has been withholding money, which we have not yet claimed back. But we are about to get a big win here as they have now open negotiations to give the money back. In a few weeks this will be solved and we will begin to manufacture. We apologize for the lack of communication during this process as it has taken all of our efforts and time to resolve the issue.
We understand that this delay may have caused inconvenience and frustration, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We want to assure you that we are committed to delivering every order and have always delivered on every campaign. As you may recall, we even offered refunds to those who did not receive the Sento cloud during our last campaign.
We acknowledge that we have dropped the ball with communication, and that is not acceptable. However, we want you to know that we have been overwhelmed with this issue and have been working tirelessly to resolve it. Moving forward, we will try our best to keep the communication lines open and keep you informed of any updates on your orders.
We are still at least a few months away from delivery, but we will keep you posted on the progress. We want our brand and products to mean something, and we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that this delay may have caused. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
